Welcome to M2 Toppers LLC! By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

  • Our toppers are made from food-grade materials (wafer paper and edible inks).

  • Important: Toppers are sold as decorative items only. While they may be technically safe to consume, they are not marketed as food products.

  • Colors and print quality may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are custom-made once payment is received.

  • We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and most major credit cards.

  • Orders cannot be changed once production has begun.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Standard processing time is up to 3 business days before shipment.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Once an order leaves our facility, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Because toppers are made to order, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacements or refunds may be issued at our discretion.

5. Storage & Shelf Life

  • Toppers should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and sunlight.

  • Do not refrigerate or freeze.

  • When stored properly, toppers last 6–12 months, though we recommend using them within 6 months for best results.

6. Use of Website

  • All content on this website (including images, text, and designs) is the property of M2 Toppers LLC.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By purchasing our toppers, you agree that M2 Toppers LLC is not liable for any misuse, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from use.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information you provide (such as your name, address, and email) will only be used to process your order and provide customer support.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
