Q: What can I top?
Floating:
Toppers work well on still beverages such as lattes, cocktails, mocktails, or other drinks with a smooth surface.
Decorative:
These are great for baked goods with a little frosting to push the topper into or the edge of glasses to add a little extra flair to your drink!
Q: How long will the topper last on a drink?
In most cases, the topper will remain intact for 10 minutes before starting to soften. This makes it perfect for a quick photo or presentation moment.
Q: How does pricing work?
We charge per sheet of wafer paper. The quantity you receive depends on how many designs fit on a single sheet. Additional charges may apply for full-color designs, photographs, or high-resolution images. See pricing for more details.
Q: What are they made out of?
Wafer paper : Potato starch and vegetable oil
Inks: water; humectant: glycerin; ethanol; various artificial colouring; preservative: methylparaben
Although these materials are food-grade, our toppers are sold as decorative items only.
Q: How do I store the toppers?
Store toppers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep them in their sealed packaging until ready to use. All toppers are sent in a resealable bag. Do not refrigerate or freeze, as this can cause the wafer paper to curl or become brittle.
Q: What is the shelf life?
When stored properly in their original packaging, toppers typically last 6–12 months. For best results, we recommend using them within 6 months to maintain print quality and appearance.
Q: How long does it take to get?
Since all toppers are created per order please allow up to 3 days for them to ship. If you need them quicker please reach out and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: Do you offer returns and refunds?
All toppers are made to order, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns. That said, your satisfaction is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
